Tomás Rueda has represented a suggestive challenge for the local culinary scene and, primarily, for himself. His vital energy, as many times impossible to channel in the past as those that are expressed correctly in the present; his head, as intricate as lucid; his ability to be heard and to hear, to debate and experiment to always look for the best way; and his talent to create and, sometimes, disappear and leave behind, have meant a vertiginous process, but always curious and creative, which has been resolved over the years in the search for an interior balance that shows every day.
